The Process
How it’s made:
We take 1500 gallons of reverse-osmosis water remineralized with pink himalayan salt.
We then add in our Grade-A molasses and our special blend (shhh!!! we’ll never tell) of yeast nutrients, two types of yeast, and two lactobacillus bacteria.
The ingredients ferment for 7 days in temperature-controlled vessels and then are run through our 1000 gallon copper pot stripping still and then again through our 600 gallon copper pot spirit still.
After all this, the rum is chill-filtered at 18F and bottled — ready to make its way to you!
